New domain name bn.ee

I've switched the domain name of my blog from http://bnee.com to something shorter: http://bn.ee. .ee is the top level domain for Estonia.

I've moved my blog and other contents to https://blog.bn.ee so that http://bn.ee can be used as a URL shortener. If you'd like to create your own really short URL and you somehow think I'm more reliable than bit.ly or is.gd visit http://bn.ee/url. Its powered by yourls.com and there is even a browser bookmarklet for creating bn.ee links on the fly.
